Where are you Located?

What materials can you engrave?

K4Squad can handle wood, acrylic, glass, leather, and coated metals. However, many cannot engrave bare metals or materials containing PVC/Vinyl due to toxic fumes.

How much does it cost?

We charge a one-time fee of $25.00 to get the design ready to engrave and setup the machine. There is a machine charge for engraving and also final touchup which will vary depending on complexity of the project.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, the price per item usually drops significantly once you order more than 10–20 units.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard times are usually 5–10 business days, though it may depend on material availability.

Do you provide a digital proof?

We will send you a mockup of how the design will sit on the item for your approval. We will not start the project until it is approved.

What file format do you need?

We prefer vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, or DXF) because they provide the cleanest lines.3 High-resolution PDFs or JPEGs (300+ DPI) are often acceptable but may require a cleanup fee.

Can you engrave photos?

Yes, but it requires specific software and a high-resolution image.Ask to see a sample of a photo engraving on a similar material first.

Can I provide my own item?

We accept "customer-supplied" items (like your own cutting board), but for some items we will require a "Test" sample to ensure we have the settings correct on our engraving equipment

What is the maximum size you can handle?

Our laser has a bed size of 16" X 16". It is safe to engrave items up to a size of 15" X 15". We can do special steps to increase that size and the cost of the service will reflect the extra steps.
